[18a-D209-3] Analysis for angular dependence of scattering intensity with Lens Array

In this study, we propose a simultaneous multi-angle observation method using a lens array to inprove the latensy of mechanical scan of the static light scattering method and to instantly detect the scattering characteristics of fast-moving microparticles. By observing the scatterer from multiple angles at once, this observation method is a three-dimensional observation technique that can also observe what kind of particle is at what position in three-dimensional space and the intensity of light at each angle. In this presentation, we will report on the measurement method and analysis technique by simultaneous observation of scattered light from multiple angles.
