正課外で活動する学生プロジェクトチーム・理科工房は，15年間以上に渡って地域の小中学校，認定こども園，児童館，科学館などでの実験授業や科学教室，様々なイベントにおける実験デモンストレーション等を積極的に実施してきている。チームを構成する学生メンバが徐々に入れ替わるため，活動の円滑な実施を継続するには様々なスキル・知識・ノウハウを学年間で確実に継承する必要がある。そうした継承が学生の自発的行動によって実現されている様子を紹介する。
