Keywords:Fine grained soil, quicklime, compaction property, cohesion, angle of shear resistance

Fine grained soil is from a crushed stone factory in the process of forming crushed stone. In this study, compaction tests and triaxial tests were performed by changing the amount of quicklime mixed with fine grained soil to examine whether fine grained soil by quicklime can be reused as ground material. The purpose of this study was to clarify the effect of quicklime composition on the mechanical properties of fine grained soil. As a result, it was found that the addition of quicklime to the fine grained soil exceeding the optimum water content has an effect on compaction characteristics. It was found that there was an effect on the shear resistance angle and the adhesive force.
