The authors have performed studies regarding pavement management technologies using 3D point cloud data acquired with the Terrestrial Laser Scanner (TLS), Mobile Mapping System, and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) combined with a high-performance Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS). This study introduces a novel approach by a wavelet agreement method based on the wavelet coherence theory to the analysis of surface profiles measured with 3D data acquisition systems. The findings of this study contribute to the sophisticated pavement management by expanding the applications with intercomparing 3D point cloud data measured with different devices.
