[VI-861] One of method for improvement of the large scissors crossing at the narrow space in tunnel.

Tokyo Metro Co., Ltd. operates subway. 85% of the subway field is in underground, and almost all track maintenance is implemented narrow space. Also, in specific area, time for the maintenance is short because of operating through service. Therefore, it is impossible to improve track panel of turnout in one period. The improvement is carried out dividedly.
As to large special layout turnout, it was difficult to exchange the panel dividedly in one period without lifting device designed for this exchange. In this paper, it has been reported that the equipment and baseplate specially designed for the exchange make it possible the exchange in one period.
