[1Gp05] Synthesis of Hexagonal Boron Nitride Sheets Fabricated on Reduced Graphene Oxide Thin Film Studied for Large-Scale Surface Potential

The hBN and reduced graphene oxide sheet thickness are around 2 nm and 0.6 nm respectively. The enhanced surface potential of hBN/RGO film value is due to the synergistic effect of layered -layered stacking during the thin film fabrication. Our findings provide a systematic and practical route to produce optoelectronic devices with enhanced surface potential of heterostructure thin film.
