[E6-P501-02] " Measurement of cell adhesion force using microchannel and control of cell adhesion force by micropattern structure ", i.e., There are many diseases related to cell adhesion, such as cancer metastasis and rheumatoid arthritis. In order to develop new drugs and therapies for these diseases, an in vitro environment close to that in vivo is considered to be useful. We focused on the measurement of cell adhesion using microfluidic channels and fabricated a device that can evaluate cell adhesion in microfluidic channels by generating shear stress inside.
