[TuC3-2] Double-D-Shaped Multi-Core Fiber with Suppressed Dimensional Fluctuation

We improved the longitudinal fluctuation of a multi-core fiber with a concaved double-D shape cladding for improved passive fiber alignment. The cladding dimensions were controlled to an accuracy of ±0.4μm, at 250 m/min drawing speed.
