[TuP4-A8] Proportional Sign-cross-correlation for Symbol Timing Synchronization of OFDM-PON

In this work, we propose a proportional sign-cross-correlation scheme with power independence and lower computational complexity for symbol timing synchronization and experimentally evaluate it in IM/DD-OFDM PON. The scheme is promising for real-time OFDM-PON application.
