[TuP4-C15] Highly Sensitive Fabry-Pérot Refractive Index Sensor by Using a Polished Pyramidal Fiber

We present an open-cavity fiber Fabry-Pérot interferometer refractive index sensor by splicing a HCF between a pyramidal polished SMF and a commercial SMF. A high refractive index sensing sensitivity of 1124.7 nm/RIU can be obtained.
