[TuP4-E5] Design and Simulation of Large-angle Beam Steerer on Silicon-on-insulator

We present the design of wavelength-tuning beam steerer with a large steering angle based on silicon-on-insulator. A large steering angle of 57° for a 20 nm wavelength shift was obtained in simulation.
