[ICNN5-03] Exploring Dispersion Characteristics in Airy Beam Metasurfaces

In this work, we employed finite element method electromagnetic wave simulation software to analyze the intensity distribution of Airy beam metasurfaces at various wavelengths, providing a comprehensive exploration of the dispersion mechanisms in these metasurfaces.
