[LEDIA4-06] Operation Performance Size Dependence of Electroluminescent Quantum Dots Micro-LED Arrays

Solution processed direct electroluminescence QLED arrays with pixel dimension below 25 µm are demonstrated. When the injected current increased from 1 to 10 mA, the emission peak wavelength red-shift less than 10nm.
