[OWPT2-02] Temperature Measurements of Laser Power Converters using Luminescence
Techniques for measuring junction temperature(s) in laser power converter photovoltaics using electro- and photo-luminescence spectroscopy are demonstrated. These techniques enable junction temperature measurements in devices operating under realistic conditions, near the maximum power point.
