[B-5-48] Simulation and Experiment of THz SC-FDE MIMO Systems for 100Gbps+

Sub-THz has received considerable attention for 6G wireless communications due to its large available bandwidth. Sub-THz MIMO system is expected to implement 6G data rate with more than 100Gbps. In this report, we implement SC-FDE MIMO PHY systems for 100Gbps+ of 6G target. The performance is demonstrated in simulation and experiment, where a data rate over 100Gbps is achieved for 2×2 MIMO with 64QAM-7/8 in a chip rate of 10.24GHz.
