The Ti doped high temperature δ-MoC phase was fabricated by mechanical alloying and subsequent pulsed current sintering. The sample with the composition of (Mo(1-x)Tix)60C40, x = 0.1 – 0.5, exhibited the δ-MoC structure (NaCl structure). In contrast, sample with x = 0 had a hexagonal Mo2C and AsTi structured MoC0.5 phases. The electrical resistivity increased with Ti content of x = 0.1 - 0.5. The thermal conductivities of the samples increased with increasing temperature ranging in 303 K - 553 K. The values at 303 K were 7 - 9 W (m K)-1 in the sample with x = 0.1 - 0.5, these values were smaller than those of TiC and WC.
