We used laser THz emission microscopy (LTEM) to experimentally determine the binding energy of oxygen molecules physically adsorbed on graphene and WS2 nanomaterials. We also used the imaging capability of LTEM to spatially monitor the distribution of oxygen molecules in monolayer graphene at different controlled conditions.
