Mesoscopic Josephson junctions can act as building blocks for quantum systems such as the Andreev level or spin qubit or novel topological devices. Here, we present the microwave-assisted characterization of an in-situ InAs/Al halfshell nanowire Josephson junction embedded in a RF-SQUID loop. The device chip is coupled to a sapphire-based coplanar waveguide resonator by means of a Flip-Chip approach, which allows the independent fabrication and optimization of the nanowire structure and the microwave circuit. Single- and two-tone spectroscopy measurements reveal internal quality factors of up to 500000 and the presence of spin-polarized Andreev bound states in the nanowire Josephson junction.
