To evaluate therapeutic gain of Gd-based neutron capture therapy (NCT), we investigate the feasibility of utilizing Gd-DTPA incorporated into calcium phosphate nanoparticle as NCT agent by performing in vivo experiment on colon-26 tumour-bearing mice, irradiated at Kyoto University Research Reactor. Experimental data as well as pathological analysis will be presented as preliminary results.
