Corrosion behaviour of the self-ion irradiated SiC surface

炉心被覆管用の候補材料としてSiC/SiC複合材料の適合性の検討を目的とし、CVD SiCや助剤を含むLPS SiCなど数種のモノリシックSiCに対しイオン照射を行った後、360℃で高温水腐食、あるいは超臨界水腐食を実施し、その腐食特性に及ぼすイオン照射の効果を評価した。
