[F26] Si and Ni effects on hardening and microstructure change of Ni ion irradiated 316 stainless steel model alloys

316 stainless steel model alloys with different Si and Ni content are irradiated by 3MeV Ni2+ at 288°C, to achieve ~1.2dpa at peak damage. Irradiation-induced hardening is observed by nano-indentation. Microstructure change of irradiated samples will be characterized and compared with hardness results, and composition effects will be analyzed.
