[J48] High Energy X-ray Imaging System Using Silicon Strip Detector

The imaging system is designed for disaster recovery and prevention by using ~5 MeV X-ray. We designed the system to be 4 x 4 modules, and one module constitutes with 20 stacked detectors with tungsten collimators and ASIC. We have tested the silicon strip detector, the strip detector has ~7 keV FWHM at 60 keV when a bias of 120 V is applied. We also tested the detector with ASICs, and the position identification has been confirmed.
In the future, we will continue to test with accelerator X-ray beam, and optimize the configuration of the system.
