(5)Safety analysis of a breeding Super FR

The high breeding core of supercritical water cooled fast reactor has been designed with tightly packed fuel rods assembly for obtaining a high breeding ratio and negative reactivity coefficients.The present paper describes the safety analysis of the reactor.The maximum cladding temperature is higher than that of the Super FR in general, but all safety criteria are satisfied for all events.
