[1B17] Mo effect on microstructure of neutron-irradiated stainless steel welds

軽水炉で中性子照射された316鋼と304鋼の溶接金属に対してMo濃度の異なるフェライト相をアトムプローブ(APT)で分析した結果、Cr濃度変化と析出物の形成に明確な違いは認められず、中性子照射と熱時効の重畳によるスピノーダル分解とG相析出に対するMoの影響は小さいことが示唆された。
