A numerical quantification of plant state has been investigated under a strong rainfall hazard based on the continuous markov chain monte-calro (CMMC) method. For this purpose, a sub-program, in which a water level of each room is calculated due to a penetration of water inside the plant building, was developed and coupled with the CMMC method.
