ファイバー伝送レーザー誘起ブレークダウン分光（LIBS）において、ロングパルスレーザーを適用し、生成するプラズマの特性を検討した。金属ジルコニウムをターゲットとすると、従来のノーマルパルスの場合と比べて、発光スペクトルの強度が向上することがわかった。
