When estimating radiation dose based on the OIL6 judgement criteria of operational intervention level (OIL), the intake of foods and drinks is important parameter. The OIL6 is focused on water and food before processing, intake restriction evaluate each food by detailed classification separately. This study is to calculate radiation dose in case of contaminated foods and drinks around the judgement criteria level based on the recently data of amount of intake foods and drinks using the National health and nutritional investigation, and to evaluate influence ages, genders and local areas. As a result, the averaged radiation dose was less than 5mSv/y, and the difference between the local areas could get negligible results.
