We can explain the observed charge polarization, which is charge deviation from the assumption of the Unchanged Charge Distiburion using the Langevin model which can reproduce mass distribution and TKE for various actinides. We will examine the influence of the charge polarization on prompt neutrons, because major evaluation of promp neutrons often neglect such effect.
