深部地下水中のフミン酸の特性評価と反応機構の推定は、地層処分の安全評価実現に大きな意味を持つ。本研究では、北海道幌延町の深度250m、350m地下水から抽出したフミン酸にサイズ排除クロマト、流動場分画法、熱量滴定法を適用し、特性評価とプロトン化反応熱力学量の導出を行う。また、表層土壌から抽出された標準フミン酸と結果を比較し、その違いを考察する。
