An ultrafast electron microscopy is being developed using a relativistic-energy and femtosecond-pulse electron beam at Osaka University for the study of ultrafast structural phenomina and dynamics in materials. In this meeting, we will present the generation of high-bright femtosecond electron pulses using the RF gun. The new demonstrations of TEM imaging will are reported.
