Effects of fluid properties for countercurrent flow limitation (CCFL) at the upper end of the vertical pipe in a pressurizer surge line were evaluated, and the CCFL constant of CK = 1.4±0.2 was obtained by using a Wallis correlation with Kutateladze parameters.
