The outline and goal of Human Resource Development and Research Program for Decommissioning of Fukushima Daiichi NPS will be presented. The program is being performed by universities, a national institute of technology, and a society with the support of MEXT. The aim of program is to cultivate highly motivated engineers and researchers with the knowledge of nuclear decommissioning technology.
