ITERフルタングステンダイバータ用プラズマ対向ユニットの実機長プルトタイプにおける繰り返し熱負荷に対する耐久性の確認のために、電子ビーム過熱による熱負荷試験を実施し、5000回の10MW/m²と1000回の20MW/m²に耐久した。試験後のタングステンアーマー材に形状の変化が観察されたため、その寸法結果を報告する。
