[2M16] Basic research on the boron imaging in steel and plant using the J-PARC pulsed neutron beam

J-PARC/MLF/BL04において、5〜500ppmのホウ素を含んだ鉄鋼材料や植物の模擬サンプルにパルス中性子ビームを照射し、B-10(n,He-4)Li-7✳反応からの478keVガンマ線をGe検出器にて検出した。微量なホウ素を捉えることに成功し、定量的なホウ素イメージングのための基礎データを得た。
