The typical nuclides (iodine131, cesium137 etc.) of the radioactive materials released from a nuclear reactor is measured for an environmental monitoring in case of nuclear emergency. The radio isotopes in a reactor depend on fuel composition and fuel burn-up. On the other hand, when concentration of radioactivity of a measurement nuclide was measured, it's possible to presume the percentage of the isotopes from the reactor shutdown time and to estimate the radiation dose by the target element, because isotopes make the same behavior basically. This study considered influence by isotopes to the radiation dose based on the OIL observation value targeted for the typical reactor core of PWR and BWR. In this results, it showed that correction to a measurement nuclide is needed according to the kind of OIL.
