It was applied to the health effects of low-dose ionizing radiation, which has become a widely social problems after the Fukushima nuclear accident. We verified the social implementation method of the community-based risk communication through a social experiment in cooperation with Tsuruga local citizens, public health nurses, nutritionists and midwives.
