[3D06] Development of nondestructive inspection for steel rod and pipe 2

原子力発電所に設置されている基礎ボルトや配管に対し、簡便に健全性を評価するシステムの開発を目的として、AE(acoustic emission)センサを用いた打音検査システムを開発した。本報では開発した打音検査システムの性能評価例として、配管の内面腐食の検出性を評価するため、鋼管の内面を機械加工により減肉させ、模擬腐食劣化試験体を作製し、評価試験を実施した結果を報告する。
