ベリリウム金属間化合物(ベリライド)の微小球の水素の放出挙動を純ベリリウムと比較して評価した.重水素イオン照射後の昇温脱離実験,および透過型電子顕微鏡を用いて微細組織観察の結果,ベリライド微小球においては,純ベリリウム微小球と比べ,単純で弱い水素の捕捉機構の存在が示唆された.
