本研究では、福島汚染水処理二次廃棄物スラリー及び濃縮廃液の漏えい・水素ガス燃焼リスク低減を目的に、リン酸を用い、それらリスクを低減できる技術を開発している。ANSI/ANS16.1に基づく浸出試験を実施し、Sr²⁺及びCl^-の浸出速度を調べた。本発表は、H28年度文科省委託業務の成果の一部である。
