Based on the three-dimensional damaged fuel system in SFP of BWR at LOCA conditions evaluated by MAAP, conservative criticality anaysis methods by using MCNP and a diffusion code are proposed and compared. Also, a criticality evaluation is performed with the proposed method for the distributed fuel loading patterns in SFP.
