Thermal hydraulic analysis code GOTHIC has been employed to study the thermal-hydraulic in the spent fuel pool (SFP) of BWR. The analysis results are compared to the results reported by NRC. The validity of SFP model is investigated and the differences between the results obtained by two codes are studied.
