In inadvertent human intrusion after disposal facility closure, deep borehole excavation which can change the groundwater flow around the repository is need to be assessed. By 3-dimensional groundwater flow simulation for the water pumping scenario from highly-permeable strata next to the stratum of disposal facility, we analyzed important hydrogeological conditions for the assessment.
