[1H18] Effect of addition of alumina on iodine immobilization of alumina solidified body

In order to improve immobilization of radioactive iodine in the alumina solidified body, addition of almina to the solidified body was investigated, followed by applying immersion tests to evaluate iodine release behaviors. Rates of normalized iodine loss decreased with mixing ratios of alumina, showing that the mixing ratio of alumina was effective at 90%.
