Direct measurement for cross sections on LLFP nuclides has been performed at RIKEN RIBF facility. LLFP nuclides, provided as secondary beam from in-flight fission reaction of U primary beam, were bombard on proton and deuteron target. We have already done the measurement at 200, 100, and 50 MeV/u. An inverse kinematics methods enables us to directly measure the cross section to individual final residue, separately. In the presentation, we will report the results for 107Pd as well as argue the new knowledge for final residue determination.
