[1N06] Instability of fine particles in F82H steel under electron and ion irradiation conditions

The in-situ observation under electron irradiation using HVEM and the ex-situ TEM observation after the ion irradiation using accelerator were conducted, so as to systematically evaluate the instability of particles in F82H steel under irradiation. Then, the mechanisms of them will be discussed.
