After Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant accident, a lot of lawsuits regarding Nuclear Power Plant has been filed. In this report, we analyzed the decisions of recent lawsuits and investigated the engineering roles for the judicial discussion to ensure nuclear safety.
