Safety know-how (experts' safety behaviors that are performed voluntarily and not listed in procedure as safety rules) plays an important role in ensuring on-site safety and preventing human error. To transfer this safety know-how to future generations, this study devised perspectives on selecting an appropriate method for transferring this knowledge and discussed considerations on transferring safety know-how.
