[2F04] Proposal of a new nuclear fuel cycle

Concerning about energy shortage in near future, investigation has been conducted considering the latest technologies and social situation. As the result, a new nuclear fuel cycle is proposed including new fast reactor. This cycle can confirm long term energy plan and has self-cleaning effect for disappearing the negative inheritance produced by nuclear energy utilization.
