Application of combination method with IC method to cylindrical system

As collision probability method requires numerical calculation time, easy collision probability calculation method with shorter calculation time is under development. By combining with the collision probability of the uniform geometry acquired from the table of escape probability, and the Interface Current (IC) method, development of the transportation calculation technique of general-purpose geometry is expectable. As IC method requires detailed dealing with the angle distribution in the boundary, The calculation method of the angular distribution at the boundary of the IC method is important. For this study, application to the infinite cylindrical system was examined, and the angle distributions at the boundary are compared between the infinite cylinder system and the XY system. I obtained a prospect of an approximate method of the angular distribution at the IC method boundary in the XY system.
