[2M07] Investigation of Reactor-Neutrino Spectral Anomaly based on Gross Theory of Beta-Decay

The energy spectra of reactor-neutrinos were found to be inconsistent between the old standards obtained from the beta-ray from fissile samples under irradiation (1980-1990's) and the recent direct measurements via IBD reaction (2014/2016). This, so called 'spectral anomaly', was investigated on the basis of the gross theory of beta-decay.
